Action heating and AC person came and withing one minute was able to diagnose the problem. A capacitor of the compressor was gone bad and needed to be replaced. First he cooled down the compressor as it was overheated. He had a spare A capacitor was handy with him. It took him less than 15 minutes to change. He waited for another 10 minutes to make sure everything is working fine and we are satisfied. The job well done.
