They arrived on time. Immediately went to work installing the new unit. Worked without stopping for lunch or breaks. Installed the entire system in approximately 6 hours. They tested everything and explained everything to me before they left the premises. They did not rush through the explanations. All of the workers were professional, personable and courteous. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves. I am so pleased, I have already recommended them to friends and associates.
