The company showed up on time and installed the replacement in a very professional manner.  They also recommended adding a new intake which has helped a great deal.  The installation went well and we are very pleased with the results

These guys are very professional.  I have had an annual service contract with them for years, and have never been happier.  They do not mess up your home, they are very thorough, and always pleasant.  Quick to answer any question, and take the time to show you anything you want to know.

Action heating and AC person came and withing one minute was able to diagnose the problem. A capacitor of the compressor was gone bad and needed to be replaced. First he cooled down the compressor as it was overheated. He had a spare A capacitor was handy with him. It took him less than 15 minutes to change. He waited for another 10 minutes to make sure everything is working fine and we are satisfied. The job well done.

They arrived on time. Immediately went to work installing the new unit. Worked without stopping for lunch or breaks. Installed the entire system in approximately 6 hours. They tested everything and explained everything to me before they left the premises. They did not rush through the explanations. All of the workers were professional, personable and courteous. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves. I am so pleased, I have already recommended them to friends and associates.

Love Action! They have been taking care of me for 9 years and tolerated me trying to squeeze 1 more year put of a 30 year old unit...it finally died in the dead of heat. They helped with a temp fix while I arraigned financing so my dogs wouldn't stress out, and the new unit is fabulous. This is a company that really cares.
